Chairman and founder
Mollat du Jourdin
François started his career in Africa working for Union
Financière de France before joining the bank Neuflize Schlumberger Mallet (ABN Amro group), where he spent 10 years developing the international private wealth management unit. He gained in-depth expertise in asset monitoring, as well as private wealth and financial management for a range of multinational family clients. He went on to join the management team of Merrill Lynch Private Banking France. On the strength of these experiences, which helped him hone his technical skills and relationship acumen, in 2001 he decided to set up one of the first family offices in France. A graduate from the Audencia School of Management, François is Secretary General of AFFO and Chairman of ENFO.
Partner – Cofounder
Corinne worked as legal director for major French, British and
German companies before deciding to broaden her remit to philanthropy, and more generally the non-profit sector as a whole. She holds a postgraduate degree in law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a DESS postgraduate degree in international financial, industrial and commercial law. Corinne is in charge of legal issues and administration at MJ & Cie where she provides support for clients in their social and philanthropic projects, with accountability being the watchword.
Asset monitoring manager
After spending a year in Australia and gaining experience
in Paris and London at major international asset management firms, Adrien joined MJ & Cie to round out our investment advisory expertise. His experience, particularly in alternative investments, stands alongside his rigorous approach to critical analysis, his highly developed sense of curiosity and his penchant for research and innovation. Adrien has a Masters 2 in wealth management from Paris-Dauphine University and a Masters 2 banking and finance degree from Bordeaux-IV University.

Hugo gained experience at French and international cultural
institutions and auction houses which reinforced his ambition to get involved in a long-term wealth management operation. The family office was a logical next step and he joined MJ & Cie to bolster our legal, tax and wealth management support as well as our philanthropy advisory team. Hugo holds a Masters 2 in wealth management from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and a Masters 2 in art market law and tax from Lyon 3 University.
Assistant – Client support
Kien Ly is trilingual (French, English, Laotian), and also
speaks Chinese. After graduating as an Executive Assistant, she began her career in the IT sector, where she gained autonomy and efficiency alongside to her sense of responsibility and priorities.
After eight rewarding years, she joined a tech company. Such demanding and changing environment confirmed her ability to adapt, especially in difficult situations. She acquired a real versatile capacity and developed strong ties with top quality clients.
Her professionalism, her interpersonal skills, her sense of ethics and rigor, were key to joining MJ & Cie where she is responsible for the smooth operation of our administrative tasks and private secretary services.

Marine began her career in an international banking
group, where she worked in the Private Banking Marketing team. This rewarding experience was key to her joining MJ&Cie where she can use her legal and wealth management skills to serve highly demanding clients in a long term perspective. Marine is a graduate from the Strasbourg Law University with a Master degree in Wealth Management and Tax Law.
Consultant Jr Asset Monitoring
After spending a year in the USA to study asset
management and a first experience in multi management and finance within major institutions such as Amundi and CACIB, Jean-Baptiste joined MJ&Cie to strengthen the Asset Monitoring / Investment Advisory team. He brings in his rigorous approach alongside to his international education to service large family wealth where critical analysis and reliability is a requisite. Jean Baptiste is a graduate from Skema Business School and holds a Master of Science in Financial Markets and Investments.
In addition to almost two decades of practicing law, Thomas brings
to the firm a background in banking and asset finance. He passed his Bar exam in Geneva and obtained both an LL.M. and an MBA from the University of Geneva (Bologna process). Thomas has been active in several locations around the world with very distinctive work related uses and practices – Geneva, New York, London, Zurich, Gibraltar, Prague, Lugano and Monaco. First with SBC bank and then with UBS, he also has experience with smaller independent family/trust offices and even jewelers.
Thomas is now focusing much of his time on helping grow MJ&Cie’s international client-base.
Thomas enjoys numerous leisure activities and holds a PPL(A). He likes to believe those enjoyable pursuits allow him to meet truly fascinating individuals.
Chartered accountant TEC (associate)
Jacques is an expert comptable (the French equivalent of a
chartered accountant) and statutory auditor (he wrote his thesis on securitization). Educated at Sciences Po – France’s renowned political science institute – he worked several years in the banking and finance department of a Big Four audit firm. He decided in 2005 to start his own independent, high end practice focused on the finance industry in response to the emergence of numerous new market players. These goals and positioning have led him to work closely with MJ & Cie to round out the offering of corporate services required by complex family estates. Jacques is also a sports enthusiast and competitively ranked table tennis player, achievements which bear witness to his rigour, determination and ability to think on his feet.
After 10 years as a business & organization controller
within the Asia-Pacific network of Indosuez Bank, Arnaud joined BIAO (International Bank for West Africa) as a senior controller before moving to BFCE (Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur).
After a few years, he was promoted Senior Relationship Manager to work alongside with French international Corporates, several of which were family businesses. Graduate in Economics and history, intense traveler, Arnaud has developed strong technical and relationship management skills, in France and abroad. This wide scope of experiences was natural stepping stones for him to join MJ & Cie to strengthen its development and servicing capabilities towards entrepreneurial families and charities.
A graduate from ESCP Europe and a French Chartered Accountant,
Dominique has spent the whole of his career in the financial audit and advisory sector. As a partner of KPMG for a number of years, he has worked with listed and family owned companies and groups at various stages of their development.
He has always maintained an open dialogue, based on mutual confidence and objectivity, independence and of course expertise, with business leaders and investors who he has been in contact with.
Benefitting from experience in coordinating multi-disciplined teams, he has led numerous assignments in an international environment where his professionalism and open style of communication make him the obvious person to deal with.
Convinced that these qualities are an added value for clients and entrepreneurs who expect the highest level of service, and looking to give a new direction to his career while capitalizing on his wealth of experience, he has logically turned towards the family office industry by joining MJ&Cie, one of the industry’s main players.

Jerôme began his career with Arthur Andersen where he joined
the team in charge of corporate financial restructuring. In 1998, he joined 3i, a European leader in private equity for small and mid size companies. During his 11 years with 3i, he worked with more than 100 companies, through venture capital, LBO and recovery transactions. He left 3i in 2009 to work on Family Office private equity direct investments. Jerome is a graduate from HEC Paris.
