MJ&Cie (Switzerland) SA has established a private Advisory Board composed of outstanding experts, whose objective is to enrich and stimulate the practice of the family office in light of a complex and changing world, while adhering to the ethics and professionalism that have been MJ&Cie’s hallmark since its inception.
The Advisory Board is an instrument of recognition and visibility: it serves as an inspiration for new ideas, a sounding board, an assurance of clear identity and of top quality governance, as well as a repository of good practices. Each participant to our Advisory Board can take thus complement or improve his / her practice by taking advantage of the works and research conducted by the board.
Professor Family Business IMD
Denise is director of the Global Family Business Center & the
Wild Group Professor at IMD Lausanne. She is also the founder, CEO and Chairman of Gen10 SA, an independent company providing high quality VIP Boutique services to HNW & UHNW entrepreneurial families and families of wealth around the globe. Services include consulting, mediation, coaching and education programs around succession, governance, business, ownership, wealth, family foundation and family office.
For nearly 20 years Denise has worked extensively with very large family businesses in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America and is used to deal with complex governance and wealth situations. Former Head of International Family Business and Philanthropy at RBS Coutts, Denise is an internationally acclaimed expert in the field of family business and has served for 10 years as a senior consultant at FBCG.
Founding Partner (MJ&Cie)
Corinne worked as legal director for major French,
British and German companies before deciding to broaden her remit to philanthropy, and more generally the non-profit sector as a whole. She holds a postgraduate degree in law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a DESS postgraduate degree in international financial, industrial and commercial law. Corinne is in charge of legal issues and administration at MJ & Cie where she provides support for clients in their social and philanthropic projects, with accountability being the watchword.

Graduate in Accounting from the Edmondo de Amicis
University, Marco spent over twenty years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as Managing Partner in charge of the Technology Pole, Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment for EMEA. He then became CEO Faisal Private Bank where he weaves a large network in the world of Islamic finance, becoming a real specialist. He then worked at Highland Capital Management as CEO Switzerland, and at Boston Capital as a consultant. With its many experiences and strong expertise in alternative investments, he created his own firm in 2010, Rochat Consulting, where he launched his own hedge fund in 2016, focusing on credit. Marco is also the founder of the non-profit organization “Le Reseau” that promotes entrepreneurship and innovation in Switzerland.

Christophe graduated from HEC Paris and holds
a Master in Business Law from University Paris XI. He is a member of the Paris and Madrid Bars. He began his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel and continued as European Counsel at Shearman & Sterling. He then joined Veil Jourde as a partner. Christophe specializes in tax law. He works on tax aspects of restructuring operations, international tax, French and European tax litigation. He is also an advisor to managers for their personal tax (cross border, wealth tax, shareholder agreements, management package, compensation optimization …).

Laurent is a graduate in economics from the Sydney
School of Business and a member of the Geneva and Switzerland Bars. Laurent began his career at Keppeler & Partners before spending almost ten years at BMG Avocats. In 2011, he became a partner at Meyer Avocats. A specialist in commercial law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, he also developed strong expertise in sports law that allows him to advise both clubs as top athletes, from image rights to litigation.

Mollat du Jourdin
François started his career in Africa working for
Union Financière de France before joining the bank Neuflize Schlumberger Mallet (ABN Amro group), where he spent 10 years developing the international private wealth management unit. He gained in-depth expertise in asset monitoring, as well as private wealth and financial management for a range of multinational family clients. He went on to join the management team of Merrill Lynch Private Banking France. On the strength of these experiences, which helped him hone his technical skills and relationship acumen, in 2001 he decided to set up one of the first family offices in France. A graduate from the Audencia School of Management, François is Secretary General of AFFO and Chairman of ENFO.
